All ticket proceeds from the festival, including donations made through this website, will be donated to local charity Access Community Trust who are based in Lowestoft.

Access is a regional charity that delivers a range of projects and services throughout Suffolk and Norfolk - Originally founded as a night shelter for homeless individuals, the organisation has steadily grown over the decades in both size and offering. Staff operate across four key themes to prevent homelessness and social exclusion for its clients and the communities it supports.

Lowestoft Film Festival was made possible with the support of the BFI Film Audience Network, awarding funds from the National Lottery in order to bring this project to more audiences across the UK as well as being supported by Lowestoft Town Council & East Suffolk Council.
